- 200g / 7.05oz frozen Frozen organic 100percent açaí berries
- 1 frozen, peeled, cut in chunks Banana
- 180ml / 6.1fl oz frozen Blueberries
- 2 tbsp salted, sugar-free Salted sugar-free peanut or almond butter
- 3 tbsp ground Ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp raw Raw honey
- 2 scoops Vanilla or chocolate whey protein or plant-based protein powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened Unsweetened almond milk
1. Slightly thaw 200g / 7.05oz frozen açaí berries.
2. Add 1 frozen peeled banana cut in chunks, 180ml / 6.1fl oz frozen blueberries, 2 tbsp salted sugar-free peanut or almond butter, 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds, 1 tbsp raw honey, 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate whey protein or plant-based protein powder, and 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk to a high-speed blender.
3. Blend until ice cream/sorbet consistency is reached.
4. Divide into two bowls and add toppings of choice.
